What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I was hugely impressed with Luke who met me on arrival, made me feel welcome, expedited my room readiness so I could check in quickly as I arrived early, and generally very really looked after me well. Would recommend the place based on his overall professionalism and friendly disposition alone.
Also getting access to the lounge early while waiting for room to be available was very much welcomed as I was in town early and looking to relax.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Room no 1 could benefit with a little upgrading - window in particular is old and doesn't insulate well from noise etc. Socket a little loose in wall. The chair at the desk is really on its last legs - need re-covering. I guess you get what you pay for but room could be really nice with a little investment.
Would have given excellent 5/5 ratings above if these were addressed.
